KENYAN FRIENDS VISIT CALIF.
Pauline and Judy, 2 good friends from
Kenya, were accepted into a special Women Leaders for the World training program
through Global Womens' Leadership Network (www.gwln.org),
affiliated with Santa Clara University. They spent 2 days at
our home before and 5 days after the residential leadership program. They
really enjoyed our touring them around
Silicon Valley and the greater San Francisco area as part of the Deluxe Walleigh
Tour. Above all else,
they loved the shopping (2 or 3 full days) as well as meeting some of our
friends and going to local ethnic restaurants.
